The Bauakademie is the platform for the construction sector – physically in future buildings and, even before, virtually in digital space. What can a digital platform offer today? To help plan the Bauakademie’s dialogue and knowledge platform, the Bauakademie team has for some time been looking at network economics, virtual organizations and current trends in organizational forms on the Internet. Now, twenty-five experts from the construction sector have been selected to participate in a user research project to design the digital platform. Surveys will be conducted to ascertain the functions that future users would like to see and the topics they would like to exchange information about. The findings from the surveys will help to optimally develop the content and design of the platform and to make the interactive options particularly inviting.
