Official Bodies
The bodies of the Federal Bauakademie Foundation, which are anchored in its statutes, consist of the Foundation Board, the Executive Board and the Advisory Board.
Structure
The Foundation Board decides on all matters that are of importance to the Foundation and its development. For example, it appoints the members of the Executive Board and the Advisory Board and establishes the annual economic plan. The Executive Board represents the Federal Foundation and conducts its day-to-day operations and legal transactions. It is bound by the instructions of the Foundation Board and executes its decisions. The Advisory Board is called upon to provide expert advice and guidance to the Foundation Board and the Executive Board and furthermore supports the Federal Bauakademie Foundation in fulfilling its tasks.
The Federal Bauakademie Foundation is subject to governmental supervisory authority.
